What SineO is

SineO is a discovery app for films and TV. It does not host, stream or play any video. It shows which services carry a title; you watch it on that service with your own subscription.

Data sources and accuracy

Title metadata comes from TMDB, streaming availability from JustWatch (through TMDB), and external scores from OMDb. That data belongs to third parties and SineO cannot guarantee its accuracy:

• A title may be streaming on a service that is not listed.
• A listed title may not be available in your country or your plan.
• Price, resolution and subtitle information are not shown, because the source does not provide them.

The app shows what the data source knows, and says so plainly where we know it is incomplete. Confirm with the service itself before buying a subscription.

Use

You may use SineO for your personal use, as is. Bulk-extracting the data, republishing it, or turning it into a commercial product is against these terms and against TMDB's own terms.

Account and sync

An account is needed for the watchlist: the rest of the app — discover, search, title pages, "What should I watch?" — works without one. The account does one thing only: it holds your watchlist and carries it between your own devices.

A list you saved on this phone before the update is NOT deleted: it stays on your device and comes back the moment you sign in.

The account is yours to look after: whoever can reach the Apple, Google or e-mail address you signed in with can reach your list. You do not open an account on somebody else's behalf, and you do not try to reach somebody else's.

You can delete the account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting removes the account and anything synced with it; the list on your device stays where it is. You can ask for the same deletion at mustafa@mustafaevleksiz.com.

Sync is NOT a backup service. It does not promise to keep your list; it carries it between two devices. A list whose only copy is in the cloud is not a safe list.

Warranty and liability

SineO is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. SineO is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete third-party data or from a service removing content.

Tapping a service logo takes you to that service's site or app. The content, prices and terms there belong to that company.

Changes

If these terms change, the date above is updated and the new text ships with the next version of the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction. This clause does not affect any rights granted to you by the consumer legislation of your own country.
